SPA POLICIES

We value your time at Cloud 9 Day Spa. We reserve your spa treatments especially for you and ask that you respect the spa's policies. We appreciate your business, thank you for understanding.

AGE

All guests must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian be present during the service.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULE

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee of 50% of services missed that must be paid prior to booking with us in the future.

CHILDREN

In order to maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, and for safety reasons, children are not permitted in the spa.

FAMILY & FRIENDS

All guests must receive their service individually to maintain a professional and comfortable atmosphere. We kindly ask for all friends/family to wait outside the treatment room.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

If you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services booked and asked to reschedule.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales, including gift cards, are final and non refundable. Gift cards have no cash value and must be present to redeem.

CELL PHONES

Please silence your phones before entering the spa. To avoid disruption of relaxing services and treatments, we kindly request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

All guests are required to provide a valid credit card to put on file to hold all appointments.

GRATUITY

Gratuities are left to your discretion and may be added to your cash or credit card payment. The highest form of flattery is a referral or recommendation to our spa.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS

No-show appointments are responsible to pay 100% of the missed appointment charges.
