Credit Card Policy
All guests are required to provide a valid credit card to put on file to hold all appointments.
If you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $25 and asked to reschedule.
No Show Appointments
No-show appointments are responsible to pay 100% of the missed appointment charges.
All guests must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian be present during the service.
Please silence your phones before entering the spa. To avoid disruption of relaxing services and treatments, we kindly request that all cell phone calls be taken outside of the spa.
All Sales are Final
All sales, including gift cards, are final and non refundable. Gift cards have no cash value and must be present to redeem.
In order to maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, and for safety reasons, children are not permitted in the spa.
Family and Friends
All guests must receive their service individually to maintain a professional and comfortable atmosphere. We kindly ask for all friends/family to wait outside the treatment room.
Gratuities are left to your discretion and may be added to your cash or credit card payment. The highest form of flattery is a referral or recommendation to our spa.
24 Hour Notice
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed a fee for $25 that must be paid prior to booking with us in the future. (Excludes free consultations)
