Must wait in your vehicle
All clients must wait in their vehicles until they are contacted by the spa.
Must arrive alone
All clients must come to their appointment alone. No children, friends, or significant others may be present during the appointment.
No food or beverages allowed
No outside food or beverages may be brought into the spa.
All clients must use designated hand sanitizer when entering the building.
Need to be screened by Cloud 9 employee
All clients must be screened by a Cloud 9 employee prior to their appointment. If you have not completed the screening, you may be asked to reschedule.
Card transactions only
No cash or checks will be accepted as a method of payment. Card transactions only.

If you have had symptoms of COVID-19 or have been outside of Alaska in the past two weeks, you may be asked to reschedule.
High Risk Clients
Our specified hours for high-risk clients are 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Monday – Saturday.
